I began my path to broadcasting by using flashlights and lint rollers as microphones to practice news delivery skills. My journalism career evolved as I earned a master's degree in broadcast journalism and worked as a news reporter, producer, and anchor. My broadcasting skills have come in handy for a decade - as I transitioned from the newsroom into public relations.
